Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Figment. If you're not satisfied, the following applies:

1. Eligibility

You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment if you have generated fewer than two (2) images or videos during the current billing cycle.

2. How to Request

Email team@figment.video from the address linked to your account. Include your Figment username and payment receipt.

3. Timeframe

Requests must be made within 14 days of the original payment.

4. Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Non‑Refundable

Payments are non‑refundable once you generate two (2) or more images/videos, or after 14 days.
